The service department needs work, especially in customer experience. Customers make appointments in order to save time. They don't want to wait 2 hours for an oil change to be completed while the service ma experience. Customers make appointments in order to save time. They don't want to wait 2 hours for an oil change to be completed while the service managers figure out how it is supposed to be billed. My car is under warranty. The service clerk insisted that it was not covered, even though I clearly have an extended warranty in addition to the manufacturer's warranty. He insisted that he was right and kept showing me the computer screen to prove his point. I told him that the car was serviced by Clarksville for the last service, and that it was covered. The car has 18,000 miles and is 2 years old. After 2 hours, he said that the service was complete and that it had to be called in to be properly billed. Billing is not a customer's problem when a vehicle is covered under warranty. I consider his attitude almost to the point of rudeness to be unacceptable in the service industry. There was no apology for how long it took etc. or why there was a disconnect with billing. He was just on to the next person. Customer experience is important in the service industry.The service department clerk did not listen; he did not give updates, and he failed to represent Antwerpen Clarksville in a positive manner. Jacob was very welcoming and positive during the purchase experience. Answered all my questions and was very helpful. He never made me feel rushed and always explained each step of the lease. Ok service. I needed my tires rotated but they were the same as when I brought it in. Not sure why when they checked off the tire rotation as being done. As I remember when I bought the Genesis that they said they would clean the car whenever it came in for service. This is not the case! Why?? More
