The service center manager Josh was very nice and helpful and kind when I was dealing with him but a man called Arhim Aleem the service advisor was very rude to me and my grandfather, and was very difficult and kind when I was dealing with him but a man called Arhim Aleem the service advisor was very rude to me and my grandfather, and was very difficult to speak to and ended up telling us that he didn’t have time for us and said he’ll be right back and went and grabbed his manager Josh who was very understanding of the problems I was having and helped sort everything out. Overall besides Arhim Aleem my experience at Antwerp Hyundai in Clarksville was a 10/10! More

My worst experience ever and if it was not for the manager Josh I would file a complaint. I schedule the recall for my 2021 GV80 and an oil change. I checkin at 7:30AM for a 8AM appointment. I was told they couldn’t do no tire rotation bc the front tires were the better of the 4 tires. Then I was told I needed a front end alignment. I purchase this car 2 years ago with 17,000 miles and now have 21,767. I’m looking at this person like they trying to take advantage of me bc the truck do not move weeks at a time. I denied the alignment and was told at around 9:45 AM that they would be finish soon. It must have been around 10:35 AM when I was called to pay for my car. I’m not sure why I’m paying anything so I ask and was told it was no longer covered under factory warranty . This is opposite of what I was told by Genesis contact from inside the truck 3 weeks ago. I go check out and then I was told they didn’t do my recall. I ask why not when the recall was my main reason for coming. I was told they didn’t have time. I said you can’t justify giving me a appointment at 8 AM and not do the recall. I also told him why would I drive 27 miles from my house and miss a days work for a 3.5 hour oil change. It was then I spoke with Josh who tried everything to satisfy me and my wife . I also own a sonata b4 the Genesis GV80. I like the safety and service experience I receive after buying the sonata. I traded in my Infinity QX80 for the Genesis GV80. But I regret it a lot and wish I had kept my Infinity. This is 100% totally not excepted . I have to now what another week to have the recall done. When I purchase Genesis I thought I was purchasing a different experience . Il told so many family, relatives , friends and coworkers about how much I love the truck. It after this experience I don’t know anymore. More
