Terrible, unprofessional attitude from the service department when asked about what was covered free for the first three years. Parts department wanted to charge me $12.95 for remote key battery and department when asked about what was covered free for the first three years. Parts department wanted to charge me $12.95 for remote key battery and sarcastically suggested installation is free. If Hyundai really charges for key battery replacement, that is really bad marketing and bad customer service. More
Much better than Catonsville. Had to get towed in. They checked it out and charged for what they said was the problem and even “test drove” it to check for the signs we noticed before it broke down. We immediately experienced the same things as we drove it off the lot and took it somewhere else. Have NEVER had a good experience with this location. This is our 4th attempt since moving to the area. Always had good experiences at dealerships before this one. Legit worst. More
