I have to say this is the first time my service3 as been poor. The service advisor didn't speak to me once. Only communicated to me via text; I was at the dealership waiting for my car. It took 2 hours to get a text to tell me what my car needed, when I thought I was scheduled for the 48K package, Since I own a Genesis, I do not think that level of service is consistent with the brand.
