We spent less than 2 1/2 hours from the time we arrived, looked at our new vehicle, went over every feature that it had (to include setting up the bluetooth by Dwayne) and completely all of the paperwork. We were serviced by Gary, Kevin, Dwayne and Joe during our visit and in our opinion, there is not a better 'team' working at any dealership in maryland. Prior to our purchase, we visist 2 other dealers in Maryland and were disappointed with our experience with them. Ms. Dagenhart worked diligently to find the Hyundai Accent with the color and features that I desired because there were no models that suited me in their inventory. She was very professional in dealing with me as a customer and made sure that several missing features were added to the car before I purchased it.The features added at the dealership were black striping and door edge molding. The work to add these items was excellent and the car was cleaned very well before leaving. Relative to price, the dealership honored the appraisal that I received from CarMax in Laurel for my trade-in, a 2002 Toyota Corolla. The manager considered offering me more for the trade-in, but in the final analysis did not. He also made a mistake in the math that I found when the sales price was first offered to me by failing to subtract the trade-in allowance. It is difficult to know for certain what one should pay for a car with less mark-up, but I believe that the final number could have been a few hundred dollars less. The financial representative was very knowledgable and efficient and, furthermore, did not pressure me to purchase other packages that I did not want. All in all, the purchasing experience was very good. More

After a lot of research I decided that a Hyundai Elantra was the car I wanted. My cousin, who lives in Clarksville, was going "car shopping" with me and suggested we start at Antwerpen. When we walked in the door we were pleasantly greeted by Dwayne Smallwood who could not have done a better job. After telling him what I wanted [including color], I was able to test drive a silver GLS. I loved the car, but it had some options I didn't need and wasn't my color of choice. By the time we returned from the test drive Dwayne had located a red car with fewer options-perfect!! He was so patient, pleasant, and friendly that my car buying experience was much less stressfull than some I've had in the past. I would certainly recommend Antwerpen in Clarksville to any prospective Hyundai buyer. More
