I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon arriving at my appointment time 11:30 I was told they couldnt do the work because the techs were getting to goto lunch and the as tire rotation. Not only was the communication horrible, but we got this vehicle back with more then $700.00 worth of interior panels damaged. The headliner was covered in greasy hand prints.
