I wasnt gonna do this survey but since i keep getting asked here we go...i am never bringing my car back to this location. It seems like everytime i bring my car for service i have to bring it back withi asked here we go...i am never bringing my car back to this location. Had to take it right back cause the wheels were not aligned properly.. right before Thanksgiving i had to have a oil pressure switch changed a couple days later my car smokes & stops and breaks down a block away from the dealership...the water pump went out...mind you my car has a lil over 100000miles...i kept it maintained at this dealership for years & i thought it would be checked whenever i brought it in.. and every time i bring it in for maintenance or service i get a call from your sales office trying to buy it....which makes me wonder if my car is purposely being neglected so i couldn't afford to keep it. I tried giving yall the benefit of the doubt but the last situation was the last straw More

I brought my car in because antifreeze was leaking and I paid $968 and car is still leaking. I returned to the dealership and was told it was the water pump at a price of $2400. It seems that every time I have my car service, I have problems that were not originally brought in for service. After one service my radio was not working. Recently oil changed then a loud ticking noise problems that were not originally brought in for service. After one service my radio was not working.
