I still haven’t heard back I wanted to provide you with some feedback and information about my service visit this morning. I drove into the dealership promptly at 7:58 AM for my tire rotation and oil change on my 2014 Forester. I did not end up leaving the dealership until 10:03 AM. I did not anticipate an oil change and tire rotation to take this long. At 9:20 when I hadn’t heard anything about my vehicle I inquired at the service desk and was told that my ticket was there and my car was done. I’m not sure how long the completed service ticket had been sitting there. I paid and was then told that by the service rep that he did not have the keys as the car was being washed. He told me that it would only be a few minutes. At that point I sat back down and waited. I waited until 9:51 and asked again if my car was ready. The rep said to another gentlemen to check to see if the car was ready. I waited again and 5 minutes later the car came out without a car wash. The driver said that it hadn’t been washed and he could take it around and get it washed for me. At that point it was past 10AM and I was late to get home. I said no thanks to the car wash and drive home a full two hours after I dropped it off I was disappointed in the customer service I received as time is valuable to me. We were automatically greeted by Joe Tyler who then introduced to Jason Kuffler. We did not feel any pressure to buy anything but instead felt comfortable talking with them about our needs. My boyfriend quickly made conversations with Jason, Joe, and Erik Wangdahl about everything cars, which made him feel more confident about purchasing from them. Any questions I had, they were all able to answer. Later we spoke with Bob Carroll, who went over everything in great detail to ensure we understood everything. The customer service that we experienced at this dealership was wonderful. The staff has a wealth of knowledge and professionalism and I would defintely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vechile. More

Anyone wondering they are the best!!! Honestly, it dawned on me yesterday how great the place is I had to write some type of review. A little background, I owned a 05 STI I bought used and my first experience with Annapolis Subaru was one of a simple check up, which soon led to building a fantastic relationship with parts and service (even a bit of sales)and learning vast amounts of knowledge about one of my favorite cars. Now years later I no longer own the STI, (In fact the only Subaru I own is one of a 92 Subaru svx which is honestly the best winter daily in the world) however still active in the Subaru community I frequent the dealership with friends and now a happy Volvo C30 T5R owner everyone is just as friendly as the first time, completely personal and happy to see and help you any way possible. It is a family I am happy to be a part of. It is absolute joy just going into Annapolis Subaru. What ever your Subaru needs or I'm sure any auto needs to a extend I will recommend Annapolis Subaru.
