When I was in your office signing for my new car you invited me to this web-site to share my experience at your dealership. You smiled and said you shoot for five stars in every category. You sold me a car with a noisy rattling transmission. When I complained you blew me off and then told me it is “within specifications”. You delivered it in less than ideal condition. You say you’re sorry. You did something to the brakes when no work was required or requested and didn’t tell me about it. I ended up with noisy brakes which had previously been perfect. Now you want to discuss it with me. Sorry, I’m not interested in any more of your talk. That’s my opinion. You asked for it and you got it. Next time make sure you get your five stars before you screw somebody over.
