Then when I got my car back the fan for air/heater does not work. Can’t get a human when you call service number. So decided to just take to Nick at Auto International to see if he can fiix. Love my Subaru but not the service. More

I don’t have a lot of time & you all wasted it I initially scheduled an appointment to have a variable oil pressure valve replaced. The car smells of burning oil because of this issue. After making that appointment, I began having 2 problems with my rear driver’s side door. It wasn’t locking at all and I couldn’t get the child safety lock mechanism to move back to the off position. I called and left a message with the service department to see if both door issues as well as the oil pressure issue could be dealt with during the same appointment. I was never called back. I called multiple times during normal business hours prior to the appointment to see if I could get through to someone and I never could. I figured since I’d already left a message, another wasn’t necessary. I finally got through to someone only hours before the appointment but due to the uncertainty of whether I would keep the appointment, I made other plans with my family and had to reschedule. As a result of all of this, it took me 3+ weeks to get in to see you all. I had my appointment yesterday. This morning when I started my car, it again smelled of burning oil and when my son went to get out of the car, we discovered the child lock issue hadn’t been dealt with. I still have been unable to get the child lock switch to move back to the off position and when I called to address all of this earlier today, no one answered, although Jason did call me back within 20 minutes. That said, I did not have time to come in today. I’m really frustrated. Long time to get in, no call back, issues not fully addressed and now I’ve spent ~$350 after spending 2 hours during a workday waiting and my issues aren’t resolved. More
Not worth the angst First you have to get an appointment. That’s not at easy as it sounds since the service department never answer the phone or return ones calls. If you do manage to get an appointment, do not expect an easy in and out. I had a 07:30 appointment and was the only customer there. It took 15 minutes for them to find my records, check me in, and get me in my loaner. It was just a mid-level service, and should have been done in just a few hours. I don’t know when it was actually finished, because after 7 hours I finally got through to them only to be told that it’d been done for awhile. So the service might have been superb, but as iI said, “ it just isn’t worth the angst one has to go through. Been a year since ud been there and the new desk people are just not ready for prime time. More

I still haven’t heard back I wanted to provide you with some feedback and information about my service visit this morning. I drove into the dealership promptly at 7:58 AM for my tire rotation and oil change on my 2014 Forester. I did not end up leaving the dealership until 10:03 AM. I did not anticipate an oil change and tire rotation to take this long. At 9:20 when I hadn’t heard anything about my vehicle I inquired at the service desk and was told that my ticket was there and my car was done. I’m not sure how long the completed service ticket had been sitting there. I paid and was then told that by the service rep that he did not have the keys as the car was being washed. He told me that it would only be a few minutes. At that point I sat back down and waited. I waited until 9:51 and asked again if my car was ready. The rep said to another gentlemen to check to see if the car was ready. I waited again and 5 minutes later the car came out without a car wash. The driver said that it hadn’t been washed and he could take it around and get it washed for me. At that point it was past 10AM and I was late to get home. I said no thanks to the car wash and drive home a full two hours after I dropped it off I was disappointed in the customer service I received as time is valuable to me.
