Dealership will largely match prices from other dealerships for parts and service. Subaru corporate told me that this dealership has won an award from Subaru based on both sales and service. I recently had my air conditioner compressor unit replaced on my WRX and the difference in the air conditioner before and after was huge. I also had a strut replaced and the work was excellent. Dealership is the best rated one in my immediate area. More

Delayed Service Appointment This was the first time my service has ever been delayed for such a long time (2.5 weeks). Since I was going on vacation and had gone 6000 miles, I ca This was the first time my service has ever been delayed for such a long time (2.5 weeks). Since I was going on vacation and had gone 6000 miles, I called on June 7, 2019 for an appointment. After asking could they get me in anytime next week, the earliest appointment I could get was June 25th. I came back from vacation 2.5 weeks later, June 25, 2019, with my odometer showing 8000+ miles and asked what had happened that I could not get service. I was told, "We were very busy at that time." When I bought the car, I was under the impression that service should be performed every 6000 miles. Perhaps I am wrong. Normally, I can get service in less than a week, so this appears to be an anomaly. More
