It has been in the shop at least 30 days out of that time. I get a notification every time the doors are opened so I know it has been sitting, not being worked on for most of that time. Most recently, after 14 more days in service, during which I had to call every other day to get updates, I was given the option of picking it up or keeping the loaner for another 2-3 weeks while waiting for a back ordered module. I chose picking it up because the module issues (as far as I have been told) don't affect use of the car. When I picked it up, the car was filthy, uncharged, and had trash left in it. I think Annapolis Subaru is not ready to be selling electric cars, since they're clearly not ready to service them yet. I have always had good experiences with Annapolis Subaru, and I like the people there, but this has become a challenging experience for everyone involved and I think they can do a lot better in managing it.
