I was concerned when my five month old car had to spend a total of f Our First Subie is a 2015 WRX Service (under Doug Wright) has been exemplary. I was concerned when my five month old car had to spend a total of five weeks at the dealership but Doug went above and beyond to make the experience as painless as possible. Several Check Engine Light episodes, numerous parts, the tireless efforts of the techs at Annapolis, along with regional and SOA involvement, finally found the problem and resolved it. Meanwhile Doug kept me informed, provided a loaner, repainted a scratch on a fender, and even had SOA send me a check for one month's car payment (Doug's idea!!!). Not a penny out of my pocket...it wasn't how I expected my first Subie experience to be but it confirmed, for me, that we had made a good choice with the brand and, more importantly, with the dealer. This is our first Subaru but it will not be our last! More

However, it is very difficult to understand why the service department (which face to me is "Jimmy") fails to consider the customer's time a priority. If they want a car picked up when it's ready and they know that the customer has to come a long way in a lot of traffic, why can't they commit (and scheduled their technicians) to a fixed time. If you know on Thursday that all is left is a drive to test something on Friday, then why is that test drive not yet done at 3:30 p.m.? It's a rant, I know, but this is really not excusable. More
The service provided is superb! This is the BEST dealership with which I have ever dealt. Their service and repair has always been exceptional. The work that is done is always done on time, and they have always done only work that was necessary. The staff is professional and courteous. They make servicing the car as convenient as possible. In addition, this is my third Subaru over 20 years. My second Subaru saved my life. I was in a head-on collision with the driver of the other car going over 60 miles per hour. The dashboard of my Subaru never moved!. I walked away from that accident. I went into the dealership with photos of the destroyed Subaru and said "I want another one of these!". The Subaru is a safe, easy to drive, comfortable, and very stable car. I don't think I would ever go to another car or another dealership! Thank you Subaru, and thank you Subaru of Annapolis! More
