Disappointed responded

Whoever told you "we did offer complimentary options for dropping off..." is an outright lie. I was offered a shuttle ride. If there was a scheduling conflict, someone could have told me before I made the 1.5 hour drive and I would have rescheduled it but when I made the appoint I was told "no problem". Clearly there was. The crappy attitude upon arrival set the tone for the day and the visit. Allowing me to stew on that for over 6 hours without any update is unacceptable and not a good idea. I've elevated this to Subaru of America because I don't think they agree with treating a loyal customer badly. My son was with me and witness and he's not happy either. He's on Subaru #3 so you lost him as a return customer as well as whoever we tell to not bother going to Annapolis Subaru.
