This was my first interaction with Annapolis Subaru. I was able to complete the entire transaction online via email, text and having Ottie come to my home for both a test drive and signing of papers. Ottie was a great, non-pressure salesman and I would be happy to work with him again. Bob was also pleasant and no-pressure on the phone for the final details before sending Ottie to us with our 2020 Forester we bought for our triplets who are new drivers. We wanted the safest car we could put them in and Ottie helped us do that at a reasonable price point. Would certainly return if we buy another Subaru. More

It is a no hassle environment, as they do not, like some places, follow you around and pressure you to buy a car. Yo time, the experience is amazing.
