We had a great experience with Annapolis Subaru. The staff was friendly and personable. They had the vehicle pulled up front and ready to test drive when we arrived. Chuck listened to what I was looking for and my price. He was ready with several options that met my needs. The process was very smooth and we did not feel pressured. The experience was great from the first time we came in. We were greeted right away and then Susan our salesperson took care of us throughout the process.
