The current staff is all very friendly. A consistent problem I seem to have is that the dealership seems perpetually understaffed. Service times need booked months out and for a guy who really only knows his schedule one week out it makes it very difficult to plan. Being asked to sign a document that say “buying a car is going to take a long time” felt confrontational. Like “don’t sue us if it takes too long”. Be up front and informative rather than confrontational. Also, don’t make me sign copies of copies. They look bad and it’s not hard to just reprint documents. More
