Sophie was the best! She listened to what I was looking for in a car and went an extra 10 miles. I couldn't have asked for a better guide to help find my new car. the $79. 95 oil change is now $220 !!!!!!!!! this was my first service on a new Forester (8 months old) that only had only been driven 3900 miles. Not sure w 95 oil change is now $220 !!!!!!!!! this was my first service on a new Forester (8 months old) that only had only been driven 3900 miles. Not sure why it needed an oil change. 1- I had a big concern about the way the radio turns on. Presented the service rep with written note/documentation - however service FAILED to look at this concern and did NOT attempt to resolve my concern/complaint. 2- on 3 occasions I had the low tire pressure dashboard light come on. I asked service to look into the tires being properly connected to rims. I was told, "its just changing temperatures". This information was given to me in a VERY condesending; almost dismissive way. Since my service appointment I have had to check another tire that showed low pressure. Just seems like there is more to my tire situation than 'temperature change' ?? The whole interaction with subaru service felt like they did not want to take the time to listen to what I was saying. Happy to talk further with them .... dan More
Stay away from services there! !!! You will see a $40 on every bill that you get for miscellaneous garage supplies (paper towels, gloves, grease, etc.). No matter what the service !!! You will see a $40 on every bill that you get for miscellaneous garage supplies (paper towels, gloves, grease, etc.). No matter what the service is, you will always see a $40 charge for; nothing tied to anything that was used, if anything at all. Bet every bill has $40 charge on it, but no idea what was used. Take one paper towel, $40. One squirt of grease, $40. Wash your hands w/ soap, $40. Worst dealership that I have dealt with for service in the 15 years that I have owned my vehicle. Won't take my car there again!!!! More

Christina Newcomer was the Sales rep who helped me out through the initial portion of the sale. She is a very humble and patient sales rep. She went through ALL the steps necessary in keeping the customer happy from offering drinks, working the sale with the management to showing me around the facility, although I was familiar with the building. BUT I actually learned at least one thing new about the place when she showed me around; and that was the revamped Service Dept drop-off garage. While I was waiting for my pre-ordered Crosstrek Wilderness to arrive, Chris went on vacation and her Management Dept team member, Andre Gayle took the helm while she was away. It so happened that my wife had to take her Impreza up to Annapolis Subaru for service and she happened to see my preordered car in the lot. She inquired about it to Andre and he so graciously passed on the information to her to give to me in steps to procure the vehicle. I emailed Andre and he was very prompt in answering any questions I had in procuring the vehicle. Very pleased! When the day arrived to procure my vehicle, Chris completed her portion of the process and then I guided to see Marissa in the Finance Dept. She is a VERY optimistic and friendly young lady! She basically went over all the additional options in terms of warranties and add-ons flawlessly. She didn't pressure me into buying any of the options, but very well planted a seed in my head to give me time to think about them after departure. I made an appointment with Kayla Gent to return to Annapolis Subaru to go over a brief orientation about the features in the car and answer any questions I have about the functionality of any of the bells and whistles in the Crosstrek. When I met up with her, she too was very patient and humble in answering the few questions I did have for her, although it was her first time giving an orientation on the Crosstrek Wilderness. Overall, it became a great teaching moment for the both of us. After I purchased the Crosstrek, I went online to the Subaru Parts site and ordered mud flaps that just the "Crosstrek" logo inscribed on them. I received an email from the Parts Department manager, Chris Parks telling me that those mud flaps may not fit the Crosstrek Wilderness properly. He kindly offered the "Wilderness" version ones, that I didn't notice on the site at the time. I accepted the order change and thanked him for looking out for me during the transaction. Overall, I'm once again pleased with the overall experience I had and will keep returning to Annapolis Subaru! I wish them all the best in their future endeavors! More
Had a regular service to prepair for trip to Milwauklee Wisc. Once I got to Milwaukee I found that I had an oil leak. Subaru service in Milwaukee found the drain plug was loose and the head was rounded off Wisc. Once I got to Milwaukee I found that I had an oil leak. Subaru service in Milwaukee found the drain plug was loose and the head was rounded off. I ended up having to replace it and get another oil change since there was no way to know how much oil had been lost. $177.95 later car is working fine. More
