Ed guided me through a process of making sure the car was available, holding it while we were in discussion and was great at following up on everything I had asked for. Not only was his service outstanding, the price on the car was the best I could find within a 500 mile search. Unfortunately, the car was a bit out of comfort zone for payments and down payment. Ed was very professional when I told him about my decision not to purchase the car. He put some considerable time and effort to make a deal happen. This is not your typical car dealer and Ed is an outstanding sales professional. If you are looking to buy a car from out of the area or from this dealership, Ed Rucker is the guy you want to talk to. More

A serviceman found an incredible line so Harry could walk around while we waited and I thought - "This must be a pretty good place!". Time to find a new Subaru and I had buyers' services and dealers and all kinds of help. Colin Murphy, from Annapolis Subaru took great care of me on a busy Saturday - we got the trade-in value and the paperwork completed. Colin printed out my figures and Annapolis Subaru met the best offers I had. This was the last time I saw Colin until I received an email "Your chariot has arrived!". I found my two previous Subarus on the net; this time with Colin's help, I ordered over the phone! The evening I picked up the car, Colin checked me out in it - sort of like pre-flight - to make sure I had the best of the ride in hand from the beginning. He even set up mysubaru and I returned home to find the 6000 mile appointment already set up! Colin's associate Ed took me through the handbook and answered questions and Bill from the business office couldn't have been kinder or more patient. Got the car we wanted Andre' Gayle was our internet sales contact and he exceeded our expectations in helping us get the care we wanted. He was very patient as we wavered between the 2016 Forester and the 2016 CrossTrex. He was even more patient as we tried to decide which color and the options we wanted. In the end, we purchased a Khaki Crosstrex with Eyesight and couldn't be happier. Joe Tyler helped us with the final financing paperwork and explained the various alternative programs available. Ed Rucker, our salesperson, answered all our questions re: new car purchase, including TrueCar pricing, incentives, and more, and gave us liberal time to test drive and consider options. He was super friendly, super helpful, and super knowledgeable about the Subaru line of vehicles and the sales process. Most importantly, he guided us to the car we wanted, a Forester ! Because we hope to keep our Subaru a long time, Joe Tyler helped us select extended warranty and maintenance contracts that added to the value of our purchase. Overall, we had an excellent new car buying experience at Annapolis Subaru and would recommend to others. More

He kept us well informed about delivery dates, answered every question we had; and has even met us twice after the purchase to explain and demonstrate some of the more complex features of our vehicle. We would like to commend three people in particular for being so helpful, personable and proficient at what they do: Diane Zimmerman, our initial internet contact, Wayne Eppard, our closing salesperson, and Joe Tyler in the Finance Department. Wayne Eppard facilitated the entire transaction and devoted most of an afternoon assisting and familiarizing these "seniors" with all the new electronics and safety features of our vehicle. More

I do not live in the immediate dealership area; however, based on talking with Ottie I decided to stop by... I came with lots of questions and a need for more information to decided on the car that could possibly be my next purchase. (I never owned a Subaru before, but have purchased many cars.) Ottie was so helpful, patient, and informative that my next to be purchase was becoming clearer. Although the dealership didn't have the exact model Outback I thought I wanted, Ottie provided another model to test drive. He did a comparison between that model and the one I was interested in. We walked the grounds so that I could actually see various car colors and possible interiors, etc. I think you get the message- Ottie did all he could to give me the information I needed. All of this was done in a very easy and comfortable manner. My decision to purchase took one more phone call and then awaiting the arrival of the car. On pick-up day Ottie gave me a good briefing on the car's features. He obviously knew the car well! The drive to Annapolis was worth it. Dealing with Joe Tyler and Billy Sadtler was also very helpful and positive. This purchase was totally a no pressure experience. More

Wayne Eppard listened carefully and didn't try to talk me out of anything or talk me into anything that I didn't want even though he did not have my car on the lot. He was able to get my car quickly and it was exactly as promised. When I picked up my car, Wayne was very patient and demonstrated all of the features on my new car. Joe Tyler handled my "check out". He was very nice and even saved me $500 by looking up my Subaru loyalty coupon. Wayne and Joe made this my very best car buying experience, and I've bought quite a few cars. I'm in my sixties! More
