Andre greeted us and was all about helping us find the right car to suit our family needs. Not pushy at all and had excellent follow up. I love the fact he make the process as easy as possible for me as the salesman. He do not pressure me into buying if it was not the one you wanted. Then he would find the one you wanted and I admire that about him. Each time I trade my Outback in for a newer version I upgraded. Outbacks is the car for me and if I decided to purchase another vehicle I will be going back to Ed Rucker even though it's a dealer closer to house. Billy and Mike worked hard to keep me at a decent payment arrangement. I thank every last one of them for a great car buying experience.
