Kyle Lindsay in particular embodied all the qualities I would hope for from a salesman: manners (gotta love etiquette), calm, friendliness, attentiveness, a wealth of information, and a clear confidence in the product he's selling – a confidence, to hear Kyle say it, that extends to partaking in the product himself. I called Kyle multiple times with questions, and though he was likely extending his excellent service to another customer at the time, my calls were returned promptly, and my questions answered in full. ' Joe was a little more insistant than Kyle, but with good reasons, for which I'm grateful in the end. The dealership is clean, and is set up to be welcoming. My wife and I both felt very comfortable there. In the end, this is an establishment which, after only one experience with (so take it with a grain of salt OR be particularly impressed), I can presently say exudes excellence. More

Sales: Ed Rucker, Chris Kelly, and Joe Tyler always provide the easiest car buying experience one could expect. If the car you desire is not on the lot, no worries...they will find it and provide the best bang for the buck. Transparency is key and no games on the numbers when it comes time to sign a deal. Service: The ENTIRE service team always ensures that your vehicle is taken care of with the upmost respect and repairs performed to manufacturer specs. Doug Wright and Co. are consistent and communicative...the best qualities one can expect for a service department. Parts: Jon, David, and Jackie are the best parts crew in the industry. Easiest car-buying experience ever I've been to other dealerships and for the most part it's been a lengthy and exhausting experience. Oftentimes sales agents twists your arm to either I've been to other dealerships and for the most part it's been a lengthy and exhausting experience. Oftentimes sales agents twists your arm to either upgrade to a higher trim or accept the price they have in front of you. But in Annapolis Subaru, it was a breeze the moment we stepped in. We were treated fairly, asked what we were looking for, and worked around OUR needs. Never was I pressured into getting a particular trim that I don't really need nor was I given an unfair appraisal for my old car to trade. If not for some banking loan issues I would have gotten the car the same day, but that was quickly sorted out the following day and drove away with my brand new '17 Forester Premium. If the dealership management keeps up this kind of culture in their dealership, I will get my next vehicle from this dealer. Best car buying experience ever! More

The salesman I worked with was Andrew Wolf and for being the new kid on the block in terms of experience, he was extremely professional as well as knowledgeable. He was able to find a car with the exact features that I wanted right away when many other dealerships in the area could not do so without a long waiting period and it was even done at a better price! As a first time buyer, he was able to answer every question I had for him and if he did not know, he was very prompt in finding me the correct information. I was on a tight timeline for car buying, but the service provided to me was efficient and done without errors. Highly recommended! More
