Roy McHiggins worked tirelessly to help find what I was looking for and to make the acquisition a reality. I first went to this dealership for service on a Forester that I bought somewhere else. Jason in service was super about the repairs to my old car. I came back months later because of the good impression my first visit made. I have to thank Roy and say that I appreciated his patience and understanding. He treated me the way I expect to be treated, with courtesy and respect. We had some good laughs and I never felt rushed or pushed about anything. He is an outstanding Subaru representative. I enjoyed talking to Joe Tyler very much. I feel that I can contact Roy if I forget anything about how to drive my car or Joe if I need something taken care of on the business side. 2016 Subaru Outback 2.5i Premium Great car buying experience for us first-time car buyers!.Ottie Jones went out of his way to show us both new and used cars in order for us to make a Great car buying experience for us first-time car buyers!.Ottie Jones went out of his way to show us both new and used cars in order for us to make a truly educated decision. He walked us through side-by-side comparisons of the various Outback models, but never tried to "hard sell" us on any particular car. My wife and I felt no pressure to buy at any time during the process. Ottie was friendly, helpful, and patient with us as we asked our questions and weighed our options. When it came time to purchase our new car, Joe Tyler was efficient and friendly. We would definitely recommend Annapolis Subaru to anyone in the market for a Subaru. More

No rush or pressure & was willing to take the time to show me a I bought a 2017 Outback 2.5 Premium with Kyle Lindsay as my salesperson. He was great! No rush or pressure & was willing to take the time to show me all the options. Took test drives in both 6 & 4cyl models with different options. In the end they did not have the model & color I wanted in stock. After looking at other vehicles, Kyle & I made a fair deal over the phone & they ordered me what I wanted. It arrived sooner than expected & Kyle picked me up to get to the dealership for delivery. Outstanding service. Would highly recommend. Easy, painless transaction. Billy Sadtler in finance was a pleasure to deal with also. More
