I had looked at the Annapolis Subaru inventory online to see what WRXes they had, then reached out about the one I was interested in. Michele got back to me quickly, and we set up a test drive. She left it up to me what kind of drive I was interested in (I opted to avoid the congestion of the highway during rush hour). I wasn't prepared to walk out with a new car, and she knew that; there was no pressure to buy right then, which was nice. A few days later, when I was ready to buy the car, Michele and the whole team at Annapolis Subaru made the purchase an easy process. More
