I had initially inquired about the car online and Diane Zimmerman got back to me right away and set up an appointment for me to come take a test drive that evening. Once I arrived at the dealership, I met Dianne and also salesman Kyle Lindsay. After the test drive and negotiations, I worked with Billy Sadtler to do all the paperwork. Everyone I dealt with at this dealership was super friendly. I feel like I got my car for a far price and they also gave me a fair price on my high mileage trade in. In all my car buying years, I've never had a more pleasant experience with a dealership. Not to mention the lightening fast process. I will definitely make the hour drive to this dealership again for my next car and I will recommend that my friends and family do the same. More

Shopping for a vehicle is pretty much one of our least favorite things to do. Not only was the vehicle what we wanted, our salesman was a friendly, no pressure, professional salesman. Wayne Eppard made us feel comfortable from the moment we met him. Negotiated a deal and drove home with our vehicle that evening. 3 hours start to finish...that is a 1st for us and we are very pleased. The rest of the staff and finance manager were equally as friendly and professional. Annapolis Subaru has it going on and we highly recommend this dealership. More

The whole experience couldn't have been more pleasant! He was very courteous and paid close attention to our desires in a new vehicle. Unfortunately the weather was bad and we drove an hour the night we went there and arrived close to closing but Ottie continued to assist us in our purchase and even after the purchase stayed late in the evening to go over the extensive features in the car. He was thorough and professional and I would recommend Ottie to everyone looking for a new car. This is my 5th Subaru and of the other dealerships I have worked with, this is by far the best in service and communication. I won't go anywhere in the future. Ultimately, we decided on a 2015 Premium, from another dealer, but we were very happy with the experience offered by Annapolis.
