So I'm 24 y.o. and somehow managed to hold on to my first and only car, a 2000 Toyota Celica, for 9 years until Ol Sally's engine finally gave way 7 m So I'm 24 y.o. and somehow managed to hold on to my first and only car, a 2000 Toyota Celica, for 9 years until Ol Sally's engine finally gave way 7 months ago. I had spent the last 6 months researching newer vehicles in hopes of coming across a vehicle as or more reliable than my Celica had been since I bought her at 15 years old...Toyotas are VERY reliable vehicles and I hardly ever had that car in the shop for the entirety of my ownership; so I'll admit I was a little nervous to venture outside of the Toyota family but I'm sure glad I did. After reading a million reviews and searching AutoTrader daily, I decided to take a risk and just purchase a brand new car that would stick by my side for another 15 years or so...I discovered you could build your own model on Subaru's website and I fell in love with the 2016 Subaru Impreza. I was originally going to get the regular 2.0i and customize the amenities to make it my adventure car for less money but instead, I walked out of Annapolis Subaru with my 2016 Subaru Impreza 2.0i Sport Premium in less than 8 weeks of submitting the order to have it custom built. We had visited one other dealership to get an estimate in October (and I won't drop names or locations) but that place and its sales team were uneducated schemers and one big joke...my dad finally beat me to the chase and called Annapolis Subaru where Kyle Lindsay immediately stepped up to the plate and offered to guide us throughout the whole process with the best service possible; and he really meant it! Kyle was very knowledgeable about all Subaru models (and owns one himself) but was especially helpful in giving his personal advice about my particular model since he is into the cars more so than SUVs and definitely convinced me it was wiser to just spring for the Impreza Sport with all the amenities I was looking to add, and because the sport was definitely more fitting with my "must have manual transmission." He was able to immediately show us estimates for different amounts of cash down for both leasing and financing and do a soft pull for approval right then and there, unlike the first dealership who xx'd everything right down to "No we couldn't even get an estimate for ANYTHING until they pulled my credit and ACTUALLY HAD ME APPROVED for something I hadn't even ordered yet." Kyle and the whole Annapolis Subaru team were very laid back but so professional and knowledge about anything and everything asked of them. There was no pressure at all, he was truly there to just guide me into making the best decision for my future baby! The car was supposed to take anywhere from 8-12 weeks to come in...we got a very excited call from Kyle in LESS than 8 weeks saying it had arrived and I could come pick it up at my soonest convenience. He sent emails with little steps to complete just to make the process even smoother and to get me out the door faster...very mindful salesman. However, the thing I most admired about Kyle was that even though he had off work on the only day that I also had off work to come pick it up, he gladly offered to come in on his day off and see to it that he was the one still by my side in the process from start to finish...now that's what I call genuine dedication! Best part was that he brought his little puppy pal, Happy, along to seal the deal since she couldn't stay home alone :) of course we loved Kyle even more at that point since we have a pitbull and Happy happened to be half pitbull, half lab and looked just like our dog...and trust me I was definitely 'happy' myself after seeing my shiny, black-on-black sporty little hatchback parked out front and was soooo thankful Kyle convinced me to go for the Sport. Shout out to Joe for getting me approved so quickly and having hilarious stories to chat about with my rents as I completed my paperwork... they loved everything and everyone there just as much as I did! Even after I had the car home for a few days, Kyle was sure to send an email my way making sure I was 110% satisfied with my purchase and telling me not to hesitate to come to him with any future questions. So you will definitely be seeing me in there every couple of months for my servicing because I wouldn't go anywhere else! I LOVE MY NEW SUBARU! She's already named (Ahem, Suzy) and hands down is totally ready for my cross-country road trip to 25 of the top national park destinations this coming August...with my two kayaks on top of the fixed crossbar and added kayak attachment...not to mention $200 is now going toward supporting those National Parks from Subaru's "Share the Love" event!! :) The Impreza and AWD handles like a champ and is so fun to drive...she even sounds bad a** with every shift! <3 I can't wait for the years of adventures to come and even more loyalty and comfort from this Subaru than I had with my Toyota. Thanks again Annapolis Subaru and thank you Kyle Lindsay for being so awesome! More

She answered our questions and arranged for us to test drive a Crosstrek. We needed a few days to mull over the big decision and upon our departure, she introduced us to salesman Kyle Lindsey. Kyle searched for the model and color we wanted and promptly alerted us a week later that one was available. The final deal was quick and working with Joe Tyler was great. Overall, we had a great buying experience with Annapolis Subaru. More

He gave me the best choices on what I needed for an everyday dependable car and worked with me on the pricing. I had a trade in that had negative equity and he worked around that and my wife and I came to the conclusion that what Ed offered us really was the best deal I could have gotten compared to other dealers. Afterwards, in the finance department, we were greeted with another friendly individual that went over our further car protection options. That also was an awesome experience. Billy didn't force us to get anything that we really didn't need and we definitely appreciated that. So if you're reading this and are currently in the market for a dependable long-lasting car as well as a fun and informational car buying experience- Annapolis Subaru is the place to go. Andre Gayle helped me put together the package of options and accessories I wanted. My one request of the Subaru company is to make the choice organization a bit easier. It's daunting to work through the maze of option packaging and not lose some choices or be forced to choose unnecessary ones. Andre was able to clarify all points and we designed the car I wanted. Delivery from the factory was as promised. Emails clarified all I needed for day of purchase. Andre's demonstration of all the car's features was easy to understand and not rushed. He made it clear that he would be available to answer any questions after I drove away. Joe Tyler finalized the the transaction and presented maintenance options in a clear manner without sales pressure. I hope to see them both in another 12 years. More
