A great use car - and even better service. I had been in search of a used car but didn't want to spend a lot of money. I did massive amount of research online at all the buying services and picked these guys to sell me a car. Edward Rucker, our sales rep was awesome. It was a no pressure environment from the beginning. He offered to help us find exactly what we wanted, for the price range we had in mind. We got a great deal on a Hyundai Elantra with really low miles. The car was detailed and waxed for us at pickup. They handled the sales tax, plates and registration, thank god I didn't have to go to MVA. The sales manager, Mike Stoughton explained everything in detail and got us a great rate at a local Credit union. He navigated us through the credit process and MVA paperwork flawlessly. We were not even at the dealership but maybe 2 hours, on the two combined visits. We couldn't be happier I would recommend these folks to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More

We had to abandon th Our 2013 CrossTrek was considerably damaged in Memphis, TN, while travelling across the country over the 2015 year-end holidays. We had to abandon the vehicle there for extensive repairs our insurance company insisted on in spite of the severe hit we took to the front end. After months of fruitless effort by the repair shops in Memphis, Wayne Eppard coordinated with Doug Wright to receive our damaged vehicle by truck transport, thoroughly assess what final repairs were needed and coordinate completion of the repairs with our insurance company. All was done in days what the other shops took over three months to try to do with no good results. We are forever grateful for not only competent and professional standards these individuals practice, but also, the care and consideration they had for the terrible personal situation we were in. The Subaru tag line-Love - is especially evident at Annapolis Subaru. After our horrific experience and terrible start to this year, we feel the love. When you buy a vehicle from Annapolis Subaru, you get more than a car, you get a caring family. More
