He is very low key (no pushy sales talk from him) and got us great prices on BOTH. The Sales Manager (Chris) ensured we paid almost $1000 less than the big shot dealers up near Baltimore. Then the F&I guy (Joe) gave us great advice on saving money with their extended maintenance plans. (And, of course, we love those ZERO-0% financing deals!!!) Can't go wrong with this dealership. Ramon made sure to educate us on the different models without any pressure, which helped us decide on the model that worked well for us and within our budget. Ramon made sure that we were updated with the car delivery process and also took the time to make sure that we had all the paperwork we needed in order to make the actual buying process quick and painless. Jason in service was super about the repairs to my old car. I came back months later because of the good impression my first visit made. I have to thank Roy and say that I appreciated his patience and understanding. He treated me the way I expect to be treated, with courtesy and respect. We had some good laughs and I never felt rushed or pushed about anything. He is an outstanding Subaru representative. I enjoyed talking to Joe Tyler very much.
