Since he had such a good experience with Roy then I went back to learn about options for leasing a Forester. It was my first lease and Roy did great to explain everything in detail. He consistently expressed patience and understanding no matter how many questions I had. It took me over a month to make my decision, but when I finally did the rest of the team was great as well. They all worked with me to ensure I was getting the vehicle and deal that I wanted. I did not feel pressured to purchase things I didn't want, but they all made sure I got what I needed. Our salesman, Erik Wangdahl helped us get our Subaru Forester at the right price, in the color and with the accessories we wanted, without any pressure or hassle. He was very responsive to our telephone and email inquiries from our initial contact through the delivery of the vehicle. When we took delivery, Erik spent a lot of time making certain that we understood how the different features of our SUV worked, including how to use the Bluetooth and synching up our phones. He also indicated his willingness to help us with any questions about our vehicle at a later date, if we have any. I have no doubt that if we have a need to ask a question, that he would get back to us in a timely fashion. Erik was a pleasure to deal with. His knowledge of the product is exceptional and his professional manner was really appreciated. Great experience buying a car here We selected a 2017 Subaru Forester with standard transmission (so that we could tow it behind our motorhome).
