On top of that...the actual looking/buying process - test drive, financing, etc. was simple and pleasant from all staff involved! paperwork and finalizing everything took about hour and a half; but that's pretty typical from what friends/family have told me; and there was plenty to review while I waited. I love my new car, but I also am thrilled that everyone involved lived up to their advertising of friendly, exceptional customer service! More
