She was very knowledgeable regarding the inventory both on the lot and soon-to-arriving. She didn't push us to buy something we didn't want, or something that was more expensive. She made the whole process very pleasant...despite the fact my husband and I lived over an hour away from the dealership! She communicated well outside of our on-site visit - not too much, not too little. Additiinally, the prices the dealership offered were fair, compared to the research we had done on the vehicle. The wait times weren't extensive. Overall, a great buying experience. More

He is, as mentioned, mannerly, patient, knowledgeable and openly informative about the car's attributes. At signing, he also dealt comfortably with my two daughters and their questions on my behalf. This was the first car-buying episode at which I felt confident that no advantage was being taken of me (or my husband). For that, I praise Kyle and his genuine consideration of my choices. Then there was Joe Tyler, who kindly convinced me, because of the car's electronic gadgets, to purchase the insurance and warranty packages. Couldn't argue with his reasoning. I was warmly received at Annapolis Subaru by everyone encountered there and highly recommended all aspects of this experience. More
