Outstanding in All Aspects! I have been having my car serviced at Annapolis Subaru for the last 3 years since I retired and relocated. Whether a prescheduled service appointment or an emergency drop-by to check the air in a tire, I was always welcomed and generously accommodated by my friend Jimmy behind the counter. I wanted to do business locally for my new car purchase (having loved my 10-year old Subaru as so accurately represented in the advertisements--including the dogs,) and, was thrilled to receive an optimum offer for the purchase of my new Forester from my local dealer. Sonja Anderson guided me through the process of test-drives, accessories and options with her professional knowledge, courtesy, and patience. And, shared my tears of remorse and joy as she finished emptying out my trade-in--having personally shifted my old license tags in the bitter cold. I am thrilled with the new car and look forward to seeing my neighborhood Subaru family as I continue with the established outstanding service (and excellent coffee bar). A little background, I owned a 05 STI I bought used and my first experience with Annapolis Subaru was one of a simple check up, which soon led to building a fantastic relationship with parts and service (even a bit of sales)and learning vast amounts of knowledge about one of my favorite cars. Now years later I no longer own the STI, (In fact the only Subaru I own is one of a 92 Subaru svx which is honestly the best winter daily in the world) however still active in the Subaru community I frequent the dealership with friends and now a happy Volvo C30 T5R owner everyone is just as friendly as the first time, completely personal and happy to see and help you any way possible. It is a family I am happy to be a part of. It is absolute joy just going into Annapolis Subaru. What ever your Subaru needs or I'm sure any auto needs to a extend I will recommend Annapolis Subaru. You will be thourouly impressed and happy with your experience I can promise!!. More
