Subaru was the most informative by far and none of the high pressure tactics I found in most other companies at that show. Bottom line, I decided on a Subaru after that show and got a wonderful deal and car with Annapolis Subaru. Other car companies should take a lesson. More

Mr. Code Sangala was very professional, courteous and pleasant even though he informed us he was new to the job. Mr. Sangala and the Annapolis Subaru dealership were not high pressure and were considerat pleasant even though he informed us he was new to the job. Mr. Sangala and the Annapolis Subaru dealership were not high pressure and were considerate of our requests. We test drove the Forester, Outback and Crosstrek, then purchased the Crosstrek. The closing process was not overly pushy for option we chose not to purchase. There was some confusion of items and terms on the contract. Overall the process was much less stressful than we have experienced in the past. I would recommend the Annapolis Subaru Dealership and Code Sangala. More
