He knew the car and its attributes very well; he was willing to spend an inordinate amount of his time answering our questions and taking us through all the details of a technologically very complicated vehicle, even though this extended beyond closing time. And he was very sincere in inviting us back for more tutorials after we've had some experience with our new Outback. Also we can't stop this review without mentioning Billy Sadtler, the general manager of sales. It happened that he was actually our first contact and stayed with the process from beginning to end, helping sort of some details, even getting the service manager involved for some technical questions, and making sure we were completely satisfied. On top of that...the actual looking/buying process - test drive, financing, etc. was simple and pleasant from all staff involved! paperwork and finalizing everything took about hour and a half; but that's pretty typical from what friends/family have told me; and there was plenty to review while I waited. I love my new car, but I also am thrilled that everyone involved lived up to their advertising of friendly, exceptional customer service! More
