Superior Experience I have been an Annapolis Subaru customer for fourteen years, and this is the fourth Subaru my family has purchased/leased in fifteen years. Ed Rucker I have been an Annapolis Subaru customer for fourteen years, and this is the fourth Subaru my family has purchased/leased in fifteen years. Ed Rucker guided me through the selection of the Forester and reviewed all of its features before I drove away. Aside from liking the Subaru, I can only sing the praises of the Service Department. Jason has always looked after me and my daughter who, incidentally, brings her car from Northern Virginia for service. Everyone at the dealership is courteous, professional, and helpful. I look forward to continuing my Subaru experience in the coming years. More

Over 5 weeks to produce vehicle. I agreed, signed a deal and put $10k down to purchase a $25k used vehicle from Annapolis Subaru on 6/6/17, which included the delivery of the vehicle I agreed, signed a deal and put $10k down to purchase a $25k used vehicle from Annapolis Subaru on 6/6/17, which included the delivery of the vehicle out of state. After +4 weeks, I still don't have the vehicle and it's difficult to get a straight answer on a delivery date from the manager of pre owned vehicles Ryan Crawford. I'm having to pay on the loan with no vehicle to drive and I have to make multiple appointments to register, smog and have a VIN inspection performed to complete the deal. Further, I was described as "a pain" in writing for inquiring at week 4. Sad that a a manger would describe a customer this way when following up on our agreement. More

Great car buying experience ! I just purchased a new Subaru Outback from Roy McHiggins . Quick and painless! I knew a lot about what I wanted when I walked in. Sonja answered my last couple of questions, and I was ready to purchase! There were some delays in email communications, but overall the experience was positive. As with all dealers, the actual purchase seemed to take longer than I would expect (buying a house always takes less time!), but Sonja was upbeat the entire time, and kept it from feeling like a chore.
