Ottie jones, excellent and professional I stopped in on a late Saturday evening and Ottie (Arthur Jones) stayed after closing time to help me find the car I needed. I was unaware they closed earlier than most dealerships on a Saturday. He stayed later and was patient with all of my questions. Basically two days later I purchased the slightly used Prius and traded in my Subaru. The process was swift and did not take much time at all. I was offered an extremely good rate on a loan through a local bank. Also, the sales manager did not push for anything other than what I wanted. This is my second experience buying from a dealer and both have been positive. The other one was a Subaru dealership too. No problems and I will keep coming back. More

The car was not on the lot but they were able to get it for me within 72 hours. Erik was my sales consultant. He is very knowledgeable about Subarus, and an easy fellow to talk with. I felt no sales pressure whatsoever. I did have lots of fun picking Erik's brain about the Forester XT. The more you want to know about the car and driving itself, the more impressed you will be with Erik. He is an excellent source of Subaru information. Ed gave us the facts, we test drove a Forester, and ended up buying one the following week. During my time at the dealership I noticed that everyone seemed to work as a team and seemed to get along which was nice to see. I enjoyed working with Ed at Subaru and would highly recommend the Annapolis dealership and the Forester to others. More

Erik Wangdahl​ was awesome!! I had not intended to buy a car today, but when I saw a really great deal on financing, I decided it was time to bite the bullet and do it!! I reached out to dealers via a number of sites and I also reached out to Annapolis Subaru on my own to ask about any 2017 Forester XT Touring that they might have on the lot. I did not really expect any response--after all it was January 1 AND a Sunday! The other dealerships sent out obvious "canned" responses, but Erik Wangdahl? sent me a personal email! He told me what they had, gave me a price and asked when I wanted to come drive it. I told him I would be there at 9 am! I was! AND so was he! He had gone in early, got the car ready and was waiting for me at 9:05. To me, that was a big deal. I had a great test drive and he didn't even scream when I gunned it down Rt 50 during rush hour! Needless to say, I bought the darned thing and he could not have made the process any easier. I sell houses, he sells cars! We made a great team. More
