He was extremely nice, helpful, and diligent on getting me the perfect Subaru Imprez I had a really positive experience at Annapolis Subaru with Erik. They did not have the trim and color in stock, but quickly got one from another dealership to accommodate my schedule. Erik took time to make sure I understood everything I was getting with my new Impreza and how everything works. I was also able to take care of my credit application beforehand to speed up the process day of. Bob, in finance, was great as well. I felt no pressure to add or buy additional coverage or packages. In all honesty that factor alone will make me return to the Annapolis Subaru to purchase my next sedan.
