Once the car arrived at the dealership he had all my paperwork filled out and simply awaiting my signature. He made the car buying a smooth, painless, and efficient process. Ed walked me through every inch of my new vehicle. The new technology my Forester came with was a bit overwhelming, but Ed left me confident in my ability to manage all the fancy new gadgetry.
