I went into the dealership and Sonja had all the paperwork ready to review and sign. She has a lovely personality and is easy to talk to. She truly cares about the customer's needs and wants and is not just trying to make another sale. He showed us the ropes, let us go for a ride without him, NOT my experience anywhere else, when he saw us looking at other vehicles, Ottie was great!
