A pleasant experience I’ve been a Subaru owner for over ten years. Ed sold us our Forester and Impreza back then. After putting over 126,000 miles on my Forester, it was time for an upgrade. Ed made it easy. I just placed a call, told him what I wanted. This time it was a Legacy. He found the right car with everything we wanted. He also made the paperwork painless. We plan on getting a another Subaru by the end of this year. I will be calling Ed. More

Professional staff made for a pleasant sales experience Salesman Brandon Whytsell was knowledgeable, helpful, and accomodating - he stayed past closing time to patiently explain the features and controls in Salesman Brandon Whytsell was knowledgeable, helpful, and accomodating - he stayed past closing time to patiently explain the features and controls in my new Forester. He also suggested a good test drive route combining highway with in-town streets. Brandon was able to explain the various options available. Finance manager Joe Tyler was thorough in explaining options and walking through the inevitable pile of papers to sign. The dealership stocks an excellent variety of cars. Overall, a pleasant sales experience - no games, no pressure to buy unwanted add-ons. More

My wife bought a new Outback in 2016 but the awesome salesman we had at the time moved to Califor We have been Annapolis Subaru customers since 2005. My wife bought a new Outback in 2016 but the awesome salesman we had at the time moved to California the day after we took delivery (he sells Subarus there now) but he recommended Ed Rucker to us to take care of any issues we might have. When it was time to replace our 2005 Outback last week, our first move was to call Ed. We live 80 miles away in Delaware, so first I shopped on the website to get an idea of what I wanted to purchase (during two extended repair visits recently, I had a 2018 Crosstrek as a loaner, and really got to like it) and found a few Crosstrek models that fit the bill. When we talked with Ed, he dug into our records to find every incentive he could offer to get us the best price on the new car, and he went out of his way to get us the best trade in. So, over the span of two phone calls, the sale was set (except for the visit to the dealership to sign all the papers and pick up the vehicle). It was the least stressful car purchase ever. We learned that numerous of Annapolis Subaru sales personnel were trained by Ed, including our awesome salesman from 2016. Ed has a very professional manner and is a pleasure to deal with. We can not more highly recommend Ed. More

However I had a better quote from another dealer so she came back with a second quote which beat the other, including the sale price and what they would give me for my trade in. I made arrangements to go in a few days later and was expecting something to change, either the price of the car or what they were giving me for my trade in. But no, it was what they said. The best things was my sales guy Mike McNeely. He was wonderful. Polite, not pushy at all and such a pleasure to buy a car from. He sets the bar for how salesmen should be I can’t say enough good things about him. So, if you’re looking for a Subaru, go see Mike McNeely More

I really appreciated his non-aggressive, informative approach to help me learn more about Subaru vehicles. The finance personnel, Joe was very nice to talk to as well throughout the entire process. He had a great sense of humor and was very well informed about finance options, making me feel comfortable about the experience. Another great thing about Subaru Annapolis is that I only spoke to two people through the entire process. Only Erik and Joe. At other dealerships, I had met more than my fare share of employees and it was absolutely exhausting. Best of all, no one at Subaru bombarded me with emails or phone calls to push me to buy anything. Even after I left with my new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek, Erik has stayed in touch and has been more than willing to help me understand my new car better so I will be taking full advantage of this as well.
