Not worth the angst First you have to get an appointment. That’s not at easy as it sounds since the service department never answer the phone or return ones calls. If you do manage to get an appointment, do not expect an easy in and out. I had a 07:30 appointment and was the only customer there. It took 15 minutes for them to find my records, check me in, and get me in my loaner. It was just a mid-level service, and should have been done in just a few hours. I don’t know when it was actually finished, because after 7 hours I finally got through to them only to be told that it’d been done for awhile. So the service might have been superb, but as iI said, “ it just isn’t worth the angst one has to go through. Been a year since ud been there and the new desk people are just not ready for prime time. More

He was particularly helpful in reminding me about certain things which I must be very cognizant of during the break in period of the car as well as emergency procedures. ( I am referring specifically to his caveat regarding the towing of the car in the unlikely case that it should need to be towed. ) My son and I were also impressed by the fact that he gave us a little space and time when I was vacillating over the color of the car.
