A big plus was that they didn’t ask for my phone number but were willing to communicate via email. Loved that! Was able to set up an evening test drive and was helped by Sonja Anderson. She was really knowledgeable about the car and answered all the questions I had. Low key and so pleasant to work with! Once I made the decision to trade I worked with Joe Tyler from the finance dept. Joe was straight forward, honest and didn’t oversell. He was forthright about what he thought would be a good choice for me. I had done a lot of research, so really walked in knowing what I wanted and whether the offer was good. Joe and Sonja made the experience exceptional though. Throughout the whole process I felt like they had my best interests at heart. They were really great to work with and when the time comes to get another Subaru, I’ll go back to see them again. More

He was knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. We obtained financing at a local credit union and returned the following day to take possession of the vehicle. Erik spent over two hours in the vehicle explaining its features and how they operated. Erik was beyond patient in carefully and clearly educating us on the car. No question was too minor and he was a great assistance to us. We appreciated his effort and care. Bob, who handled the administrative aspects of the sale, was efficient, able and had a great temperament. While the Subaru is an excellent car, the staff at Annapolis Subaru made our day. We highly recommend them. More

The sales experience is always low-key, no fuss and we got great deals every time. I had my first encounter with the Service Department when I tore the passenger side mirror off my 2012 Forester. I felt like an idiot but the service staff was very polite and conciliatory. The service area is comfortable, the staff is very courteous, and the repair was done perfectly. Truly the best place in Annapolis to buy a car. More
