The finance process took a little long (as the paperwork required....not the fault of the team) but otherwise went well. I was a little surprised that the car barely had 1/8th of a tank of gas....I would have expected a new car to come filled up! Otherwise everything with the car has been great so far. More

We found Susan Coolen to be very pleasant to work with, to the point where despite receiving a slightly better deal with another dealership, we opted to work with Susan. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, ab to the point where despite receiving a slightly better deal with another dealership, we opted to work with Susan. We will be recommending Susan to our colleagues who are in the market for a Subaru.
