Used Hyundai Sonata I came to the dealer to specifically work with Brianna. She was of great help, very honest and willing to get my car for the peice I wanted to purchas I came to the dealer to specifically work with Brianna. She was of great help, very honest and willing to get my car for the peice I wanted to purchase. The entire dealership had wonderful employees. Everyone was really polite. I am very satisfied with my car and my experience was smooth. I only had to go to sales for my paperwork because the car was purchsed in cash but Mr. Joe Tyler was very nice and his customer service was great. He was patient while I read over my paperwork. He also had conversation with us which was great information. Also Mr. Ryan Crawford was helpful in getting me an appointment to take a look at something on my car as well. He was very understanding and helpful as well. I dont remember the young lady's name at the front desk but she was also very polite and had great conversation as well. I would definitely refer others who are looking to purchase a vehicle!! More

We spoke to Ottie Jones and had a test drive of the Ascent several months prior to the purchase... absolutely no pressure to buy at any time. When the time was right for us, we remembered our great experience, and came back to purchase. We saw online the car we wanted was being delivered, so we called and reserved it right over the phone. The car arrived at the dealership (a couple weeks later) and was available for pickup the next day. We spent a total of 1.5 hours in person at the dealership. No pressure and a very pleasant staff.
