However, staff should be straightforward about wait times, particularly when waiting for the finance manager to finish a deal. If there’s a long queue, just say so and arrange for an appointed deal time rather that have people wait for almost two hours. Show your customers that you value their time. More

The American Way Again I returned to consider Annapolis Subaru because of my last experience, purchased Outback in 2014 and because of the continuous OUTSTANDING maintenance I returned to consider Annapolis Subaru because of my last experience, purchased Outback in 2014 and because of the continuous OUTSTANDING maintenance service received at the dealership since I purchased the car.Again, my experience in bargaining for my new Outback Touring XT was met with aggressiveness and professionalism in discussions. The salesman, Andre Gayle, listened attentively to my wishes, added his thorough knowledge of Subaru products in guiding my decision. There was a challenge this time around, The competition with estimates from four other Subaru dealers was in the mix. I bought this care the American Way! I really think that Mr. Gayle took my side into discussions with the lead sales personnel. I was very well represented. I can state that Annapolis Subaru won the competition with style! Honestly, it is very exciting to buy this dream of an Outback and it was a pleasure doing business with Mr. Gayle and Annapolis Subaru, a great place to buy a car! The Business Manager, Bob Caroll said he would make it fast. He did so but he forgot to say he would be thorough in considering my needs. P. S. I am rating the Service department on my experience with it for my four Outbacks. See you in 6 months! More
