The Annapolis Subaru dealership I had done some initial internet research a couple days before setting out and shopping for real. I had gone to Toyota and Honda before arriving at this dealership. I had not planned to settle on a car for several days but Ottie really listened to my needs and questions. He suggested I look at a car that came in on trade the day before. I was very impressed and Ottie with Ryan put a deal together that helped me decide to buy the car. I met Bob today to finish the paperwork and was likewise impressed with his work as well. They developed the atmosphere to develop a trusting relationship; it is my hope that we will always feel we can trust what the other one says to help each other. I think the settled price was good to very good, maybe excellent but it's difficult to ascertain. I felt comfortable with the price..and thankful. Mary More
