Ottie had alot of patience as I came in not really knowing what I wanted. He told me I could test drive as many cars as I wanted and there was no limit. His manager Ryan, was able to he me financed when I didn't think I could be and Bob completed the process helping me understand the additional warranties and its importance. This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever been though. In the past, I usually get angry and upset and want to walk away. At no point in the entire time did I ever feel like that at Annapolis Subaru. Even while negotiating everyone treated me with respect and there was no hesitation getting me where I wanted and needed to be. Typically I have walked away angry and upset when making a purchase and have a sense of buyers remorse, but Annapolis Subaru has put me in a top of the line car that I absolutely love and fit my budget without any buyers remorse. I do believe their service and dedication to helping me do that is why I am excited about my ourchase. More
