Very pleasant experience! I had a very enjoyable experience working with them on my new car purchase. The staff were very helpful in getting my paperwork done ahead of time s I had a very enjoyable experience working with them on my new car purchase. The staff were very helpful in getting my paperwork done ahead of time so that I could minimize my time at the dealership. The time at the dealership was very pleasant as well. Everyone was polite and friendly and there was no pressure. I recommend anyone that wants a Subaru to make this your first and last stop. That's why we first ended up at Annapolis Subaru. We did business at Annapolis Subaru because of their helpfulness and attention to detail. Buying a car during a pandemic can be stressful, but I did not find that at Annapolis Subaru. They were diligent to clean all their spaces, desks, and cars. They were never pushy, and they never pressured us to make a decision. They allowed us the time we needed to make our decision. They were especially helpful to figure out which vehicle would best fit our needs and stay within our budget. We can't wait to drive our Subaru. We will definitely be back when we are looking for another vehicle. More

I have been going to Annapolis Subaru for 5 years now for my service needs. I kept telling them that if they could make it worth it to buy a car, I'd buy from them. They came through with flying colors. The my service needs. I kept telling them that if they could make it worth it to buy a car, I'd buy from them. They came through with flying colors. The salespeople I worked with (Andre and Steve) were just incredible. In this difficult time with social distancing, they both were very communicative and involved on all fronts. When I came in to pick up my car, I was amazed at the ease of everything. Andre explained everything from subscriptions to the new technologies on the car. He took his time explaining it to me to make sure I was getting the most from my new car. I *highly*recommend this dealership from the sales group to Jason down in service. They're just incredible. I will definitely be going here for the rest of my time in the DMV area. More
