Vehicle was fairly priced and the need to haggle on price was avoided - appreciated this. Also, there were no 'mystery-fees' involved with the transaction. Very much appreciated the honest/up-front communication with them prior to the purchase. Dealership was also very clean and like all of us, has adapted well to the current VIRUS. Each staff/person we interacted with were professional and helpful. Would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for new or used. Thank you. More
I had been searching for my next Toyota Camry since February. I dealt with dealerships that wouldn’t let you test drive a vehicle unless you signed a purchase agreement. A dealership that tried telling me the vibration I was feeling as I test drove a car was from the road!?!?... try either a bent rim, hung up caliper etc! Private sellers that would stand by their branded title lemon vehicles even after I’d waste my money on running a CarFax report... what a joke! I had almost given up on looking when I stumbled upon an online Annapolis Subaru ad. I reached out to Andre whom patiently listened to my previous woes. He was very professional, kind and direct. By the second phone call that day I was calling my uncle to take a 3 1/2 hr road trip to Annapolis Subaru. The receptionist (I forgot her name), Andre and Joe made the trek worth my while. Their interpersonal skills were top notch. Everyone there exceeded my expectations, and made it possible to walk out of there “Dave Ramsey style”. More

After a year of not-really-happiness with my "new" car, I received an email from Annapolis Subaru's Internet Sales person telling me of 0% interest available until July 31. THAT did it--gave me the reason to give up on the car I had and trade it in after only a year! I am now the most happy owner of a beautiful Forester. Jason Kuffler was our sales person last year for my husband's Ascent, so we went to him immediately; everything was settled easily and without a hitch. I am so grateful! More

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Dealt mostly with Carley via email, and was the primary reason traveling nearly 2 hours versus buying from much closer dealerships. Joe and Jason were also great with Carley via email, and was the primary reason traveling nearly 2 hours versus buying from much closer dealerships. Joe and Jason were also great. Purchase of Outback Limited made easy by Kevin. First visit to Annapolis Subaru. Sales Rep, Kevin Shipler, was very helpful and knowledgeable about Subaru vehicles and showed us differences of Cros First visit to Annapolis Subaru. Sales Rep, Kevin Shipler, was very helpful and knowledgeable about Subaru vehicles and showed us differences of Crosstrek, Forester, Outback. We purchased a Manager's Outback Limited with 5000 miles on it. Our only disappointment: the car was to be "detailed" - look like new. Unfortunately, my husband had to clean off the driver's leather seat, the dashboard and inner door/lift gate areas. Looked like the vehicle was simply "washed." Also, the oil was to be changed - my husband looked at the oil after us putting 300 miles on it and he said he could not tell if the oil had been changed or not. Hope it was. Kevin said we would get a follow up call about the Outback two weeks after purchasing to answer any questions. Four weeks later - we have not received a call. More
