Purchased a used 2017 Mazda CX-9 in June 2020 took it back because it was making an noise coming from the axel. Turns out it need a 1,500.00 repair. My car has been at the shop for 22 days and counting I back because it was making an noise coming from the axel. Turns out it need a 1,500.00 repair. My car has been at the shop for 22 days and counting I wasn’t even offered a rental. I think I spoke to Ryan like twice I still don’t know when I’m gonna get my vehicle back and somehow somebody scratched it when I took it into the service department that hasn’t been resolved either. One of the reasons that I chose the dealership was because it had amazing reviews but unfortunately I didn’t have the same experience as everyone else I’m not sure why I was the exception. More
