Greg Jamison worked with me over a period of 4-6 weeks to help me find the perfect truck. She spent a great deal of time with me to get my payment in the desired range. I was very pleased with the amount they were able to give me for my trade-in. They also worked with my insurance company to transfer my policy, and seamlessly handled my tag and title. The "extras" I purchased arrived the day after being ordered, and were immediately installed - will definitely go back for my service work. My new truck, a Ranger XLT, was delivered to my home the next day after being freshly washed, and Greg carefully walked through and explained each feature, button, and knob. Since then, I have been surprised to discover that my Ranger actually gets better gas mileage than my previous vehicle, which is likely attributable to the Eco Boost feature. I could not be more pleased with my experience at Andy Shaw Ford, and love my new truck more every day. More

GREAT SERVICE!!! I came to Sylva to visit my aunt from Alabama. I have a 2013 Ford Escape and had just had CV axles placed on Tuesday. I came to Sylva on Wednesday and I came to Sylva to visit my aunt from Alabama. I have a 2013 Ford Escape and had just had CV axles placed on Tuesday. I came to Sylva on Wednesday and had a big puddle under the car Friday morning. I took to the car Saturday morning to Andy Shaw Ford and they checked the previous repair and found the work to be fine, They also found a screw in one tire and placed a plug in that tire. They charged only for the tire repair. No service fee and they said they treated me like they would want to be treated if they were on a trip. Excellent service!!! More
