We appreciate your perspective on this, Jack. We do charge a fee for Toyota Certification, as ensuring that a vehicle is up to Toyota CPO standards requires additional work. The fee is clearly disclosed in the fine print attached to the vehicle listing, which we encourage all interested parties to read so that they are fully aware of all pertinent information regarding the vehicle.

We apologize if there was a miscommunication about the loan fee, which is clearly disclosed on the contract, and at any time during the process you just had to let us know that you would have preferred to finance with your bank. Note that they did not deny deception. In Indiana, the options provided by a dealership to an individual consumer have to improve what I have available or else it is a deceptive business practice.
