I had a positive and productive transaction at Andy Mohr Toyota. The salesman, Mr. McGuire, was generally helpful and trustworthy. The service department needs some work. Arrived for my scheduled appointment and the gentleman behind me was checked in first. My previous rating was 5. Current rating for this dealership is now 4. The service dept. has changed and appears disorganized. Service reps are not assigned to appointments.
