Sara found answers to all of my questions. She tood the time to listen to what I was looking for in a car, made suggestions and showed me options. She did not sell me the car as much as she listened and m time to listen to what I was looking for in a car, made suggestions and showed me options. She did not sell me the car as much as she listened and met my needs. The dealership sealed the deal with prompt service. After making the decision to buy, the paperwork and financing were handled quickly. I plan to go back to Sara and Andy Mohr Automotive the next time we need a vehicle. More
Firstly, the only reason I checked the YES button above, under "Would you recommend this dealership" is because there was no "Absolutely" button. My first car was a Toyota and after having such a reliabl under "Would you recommend this dealership" is because there was no "Absolutely" button. My first car was a Toyota and after having such a reliable & trustworthy vehicle, when looking for a new car last month, there was no question when beginning our search and educating ourselves that we would try out a Toyota. We looked at every other vehicle Dealer in its class all over the northside of Indy -- including Toyota Dealers -- that are quite frankly, geographically much closer to us than Andy Mohr. The people at Andy Mohr Toyota are what made the difference. Their attention to us as prospective buyers has converted us into satisfied customers -- and they continue to go above and beyond so that I will remain so. Their almost encyclopedic knowledge of their product - as well as the competitors - really helped us to understand our choices in the buying process. Erik Spersrud ensured that we were contacted by the right person immediately after our initial conversation. Max Hopper ensured that we were taken care of and that we were totally satisfied with the product we chose. If a detail or two was overlooked, Max made sure it was corrected in a timely fashion. Their friendliness, professionalism and prompt, courteous responses in our telephone and e-mail dialogs made us recognize the differences in the way Dealerships are run, and made us want to buy from them. As a result, we are thrilled with our purchase, and with the people we purchased from. More
Tire pressure light came on in my 5 day old Camry. Thought the issue may have been related to the weather drop. Come to find out there was a 4 inch screw in one of my tires. We bought a 2006 Corolla S with 54K mi. a few weeks ago, haven't even had the car a month. So far we've had 3 issues! Just after having the car 2 days the maintenance required light came on, the oil neede haven't even had the car a month. So far we've had 3 issues! Just after having the car 2 days the maintenance required light came on, the oil needed to be changed and Pep Boys had to top off all fluid levels...no big deal, just frustrating. Well they sold us a vehicle with NO TREAD left on all 4 tires. Pep boys said thats against the law and gave us his name and # and told us to take the car back to toyota and have them pay for at least half. Even before we got the car we pointed the tires out to Mark and Gary, they said they'd look at it and brushed us off...they never looked. When we took the car back 2 days later to get the screws out of the plate area that they broke we mentioned the tires again. Both guys acted like they never have seen us in their entire life! even tho we just saw them 2 days prior for 3 hrs! So they refused to pay a single dime for the tires. Go figure. Then this week on wed. the engine light comes on and the car is slugglish and jumps when press on gas. Today my husband is at the dealership (been there since 9:30 this am) the car DIED as soon as it reached the lot! They are wanting us to fork over $200 to pay to get it fixed! We have a warranty with the vehicle and haven't even had it a month!! NO WAY. So the warranty ppl are arguing with toyota telling them its their responsibility. Toyota isn't liking that. So for the past 3 hrs they have been arguing about it and haven't even touched the car. They want my husband to come back another time...how can he do that when the car DIED? Freaking IDIOTS and Gary and Mark act nice to your face, but I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemies. Don't fall for Mark's line: "We can easily replace a vehicle, what we can't replace are the people." More
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the sales manager. I had been warned about this sales manager, Bryan Freund, but I assumed it was a single negative occurrence. This individual is extremely ru manager. I had been warned about this sales manager, Bryan Freund, but I assumed it was a single negative occurrence. This individual is extremely rude and condescending. Bryan even laughed in my face regarding an offer and told me I need to go home and learn pricing. Afterwhich, he denigrated me further with comments such as, maybe I need to look at a little less car if I don't want to pay that much. He attempted to make me feel bad for simply attempting to negotiate the price. It is a car purchase, negotiation is what it is all about. Very disappointed. I WILL NOT RETURN TO TOYOTA UNTIL THIS GUY IS GONE. Beware if you have to deal with the sales manager. More
"Back in February or March of this year (2009) we purchased a used Toyota from this dealership. Our salesan was Scott E. Vallier. For me buying a vehicle is always a draining experience. It was with purchased a used Toyota from this dealership. Our salesan was Scott E. Vallier. For me buying a vehicle is always a draining experience. It was with this one as well. BUT. My wife and I found Scott Vallier an easy person to deal with in regards to conversational climate. The dealership experience was very positive. When we went up for follow up appointments if Scott was there and saw us he made it a point to come over and greet us. The airbag sensor for the passenger side was malfunctioning. They couldn't fix it that night and didn't have it in stock. So we made an appointment and they said they would have it by our appointment. There was some other work to be done that was promised at the same appointment. The part to fix wasn't in by the time of our appointment and I don't remember if they called us to alert us as to that before our appointment or not. So we had to made a separate trip for that. There was also something a window not cranking correctly. This wasn't discovered prior to our purchase of the vehicle. We had either a 30 day or 90 day warranty of everything when we bought the car. This crank problem was discovered during that warranty period. I think they had to order a part to fix the problem. But they did it with no hassle at all. I'm not giving them 5 stars because it wasn't a perfect experience. But this dealership is very good. Wish they were closer to us in distance. They are about 60 miles away" More
We are over the moon with joy wwith our Toyota Camry that we purchased at Andy Mohr Toyota. The store is enormous, with a showroom full of cars, just about every model Toyota on the lot, and a good selection we purchased at Andy Mohr Toyota. The store is enormous, with a showroom full of cars, just about every model Toyota on the lot, and a good selection of pre-owned cars. The salesperson we worked with was very knowledgable about the cars, even the pre-owned ones. The waiting area is comfortable, with a play area that our daughter made good use of, and they were very accomodating with the test drive, allowing us to use our car seat. I was especially impressed with the facility and the staff members, and we got an excellent price on the new car and for our trade. Many thanks for a very pleasant car shopping experience, and I hope to be doing business with Andy Mohr in the future. More
