As a once disgruntled customer I can honestly say that Andy Mohr Toyota in Avon took care of my issues, and handled my situation with great care and professionalism. I had a bad initial experience with the dealership, but after making my issue known to the right people they went above and beyond the call of duty to earn back my business. I specifically want to mention Brad Lawler and all of his tremendous help rectifying my situation. He definitely took care of me, and because of his efforts the dealership was able to retain me as a current and future customer. Thanks again Brad! I look forward to working with you in the future! Dennis Kitchens went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the new sale. To sum it up in one word UNBELIEVEABLE! In close to 50 years of driving, I've never encountered a dealership that was so concerned with how they treat their customers. They were genuinely concerned with years of driving, I've never encountered a dealership that was so concerned with how they treat their customers. They were genuinely concerned with my satisfaction and did everything they could to make my experience the best ever. Not much dickering in price, because the brought to the table a fair and reasonable offer the first time. They listened to my concerns and insured that all issues were resolved. They followed up and took my phone calls even if they were not working at the time I phoned. They know how to treat their customers! More

I would recommend anyone who is looking for a car without the tense pressure of pushy salemen, and fear of being put in a lemon, to head to Andy Mohr Toyota in Avon. It was a relaxed atmosphere. Buying a car as a woman can be very scary. Just another number, but NOT with Russ, he was kind and didn't push me into anything. He didn't rush me to make a decision. I couldn't believe the no nonsense approach Jerald had about putting me into an affordable vehicle that far surpassed my expectations. The following are reasons that I gave Jerald the highest score possible: 1. Jerald encouraged me to look at vehicles and helped me to pick out more than one car that fit my budget. 2. Jerald was persistent in getting me to get all the necessary paperwork together to make buying a vehicle possible even though my credit wasn't perfect. 3. When Jerald knew I was without transportation, he was kind enough to pick me up on the day that I was ready to test drive the car I wanted. 4. Jerald had a great sense of humor and made the whole experience of buying a vehicle fun. 5. Jerald made sure I understood everything I needed to know about my new car and made sure the payments were within my budget. 6. When I initially came to visit Andy Mohr Toyota I was extremely nervous that was untill I met Jerald Schreiber. He made the whole process fun, it reminded me of a time when the buying process was more a extremely nervous that was untill I met Jerald Schreiber. He made the whole process fun, it reminded me of a time when the buying process was more about customer service then about the back and forth bantering that goes on at other dealerships. He was extremely knowledgeable, and he made it a point to make my first major purchase enjoyable since the recent passing of my husband. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and more then anything I would recommend Jerald to anyone thinking about purchasing a Toyota in the near future! More
